In addition to Web development we are also able to offer other PC support services. These are typically system upgrades, data recovery and internet connections:- |

- System Upgrades - if your PC is running slow we can look at upgrading the system memory, disk storge or even change the processor, it is not always necessary to buy a new PC to have a faster system.
- Data Recovery - in the event of a seemingly catastrophic PC problem it is possible that your data/personal files can be recovered and restored onto a working system
- Internet Connections - We have many years experience of setting up internet connections, wireless or not, and can suggest to you the cheapest way to have a 'broadband' connection and reducing your telephony costs. We can also advise on Firewalls, Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware software to minimise the risk to your system and personal data stored there.

We have a number of software utilities to assist us in these processes, which combined with our years of experience enable us to offer you a first class service.

We do not offer a PC repair service, if your PC will not start up then we will be pleased to refer you to an organisation that specialises in this service.

These services are only available within the Charente, or within 60 kms of Cognac.

These services are charged at 25 euros per hour, or part of, travelling time included..
